THE SPACE Master bedroom: a king-size bed, with space to spread out. 2nd bedroom: queen-size bed. 3rd bedroom: queen-size bed. 4th bedroom: a rollout bed, a sofa bed and two bunk beds — built for larger groups and extended family. Living room: comfortable seating and the entertainment system, for gathering after a day out. Kitchen: fully equipped — refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave and coffee maker. Dining area: adjacent to the kitchen, for eating together. Bathrooms: two full and one half.

GUEST ACCESS The entire home is yours — all four bedrooms, two full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Private entrance with self check-in by passcode.

GETTING AROUND The Amtrak station is a 10-minute walk. The bus to Killington and Pico leaves from a station 10 minutes away on foot — the easiest way to reach the slopes without thinking about mountain parking. Rutland Southern Vermont Regional Airport (RUT) is a short drive. Driving in? Free on-site parking.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD Walk to a variety of dining, from casual cafés to upscale restaurants. Explore unique shops and boutiques. Catch a show at the historic Paramount Theatre, minutes away. Many attractions are a 5–10 minute walk from your door.

Bringing an unauthorised animal is a serious violation and will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund. No parties or events. Out of respect for our neighbours, keep noise levels low, especially in the evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped — please clean up after use. Linens, towels and basic toiletries are provided. Suitable for children and infants.
